We really hope you love the products we ship out to you as much as we do!

However in the event that you do want to return an item to us for exchange, store credit or refund we offer a 14 day returns policy. Items must be returned to us in the condition they were received. Books and magazines with clear signs of use will not be accepted.

Please contact us by email at contact@thegoldenrays.com to notify us of any returns before sending them. Be sure to use a trackable/signed for delivery service to return items to us. We also advise any items to be well packaged so they get back to us in the condition they were received. All postage costs for returns are at the customers expense. Returns and refunds will be processed within 48 hours of being received.
