ABOUT ELLE'S BELLES
A Saltburn local Elle Sutherland has many strings to her bow. Doctor and mother of two boys by day, she moonlights as an artist and longboarder whenever she's blessed by the chance and waves. Being a North East stalwart and advocate for women's surfing, Elle is an ambassador for Yonder, Sally McGee's grassroots coaching and surf brand focussed on building community amongst the female surfers of England's North East. Just to cement her position in the North Sea's logging world Elle was crowned Women's Longboard Champion at 2021's Tynemouth Open Surf Contest.
